"Susan Helwig is old school State Farm. The kind of agency service that the company used to provide still exists. Truly a good neighbor. It costs a little more to be insured by State Farm, but it’s a superior company and this little agency is crushing it. Susan, Jack, and everyone in this office genuinely care about their clients. I live in Tampa Bay and chose this agency above all others. Insure my jewelry, multiple homes and cars, and life. Yes, please. She’s earned my loyalty and I highly recommend her agency."

"I’ve been with this company for 5 years now. they quoted me a price and I’ve been paying it since then. Well this year I get a quote for 6 months pay half and go to pay the other half and they tell me sorry we messed up you owe us an extra 200$ on top of your bill that’s 500$.Excuse me: If you tell a customer a price that should be the end. They messed up and that’s not my fault. I was basically told they are doing me a favor by not back charging me two years for a discount they gave me and It’s my choice to go to a different agent 😤 The bill for 3 months.. all I was asking was to finish out my policy with the amount I was given and then I would pay what ever. I then tell her I’m leaving a google review and she tells me she is getting her lawyer on me. For what y’all’s mistake. I then find out a girl I don’t even know was on my policy as a known driver in my home and that’s how I was getting the discount. I was never informed about anything. I found the person online and she’s been paying her own and apparently Susan’s office reached out to her to see if she knew me. Sure didn’t.. It won’t stop here. Look at my post on Facebook and see all the people they are doing wrong!!"

"Again, we understand your frustration concerning the Multi-car discount being removed but to eligible for this discount you have to have at least two vehicles insured with State Farm. Due to an oversight you were given this discount but when operations found this error they had no choice but to correct it. Discounts are filed with the state and we have to adhere to those filings. It is correct, operations chose not go back and collect the two years you were given a discount that you were not eligible for. We understand your frustrations but operations makes these decisions. Good luck and we wish you nothing but the best. "

"The insurance office is always very clean being customer service there is excellent they offer you a wide variety of choices with different companies to buy insurance from at a very competitive price I had never been there before I went with a friend of mine and I was so impressed that I'm changing my insurance over to them I think everybody should visit or at least call and compare prices of their insurance plans I guarantee you that you will be happily surprised"

"Was highly dissatisfied with my experience here. Had different monthly payments that they could only explain as oh different policies, rude staff actually just Natasha was rude, susan wouldn't return phone calls to stop escalations and just not worth the stress."
